My project was a difficult one! I had to have a mound system put in do to the land having lots of issues. These guys were awesome with the job they did. They definitely WORK and get stuff done right the first time. Any issue they thought might be a problem they were in contact with the inspectors to make sure things were ok. (Previous owner really screwed up the septic installation and it failed miserably and didn't pass) I would definitely recommend these guys!! Very happy with the work they did.

Highly recommended. They came out the next day after I told them of my problem. They repaired my septic system, did improvement to the tank, and made a new access path to reach the system easier. They are a great company knowledgeable and super honest. Greg is a great person to work with.

Greg went the extra mile in all aspects of the project, including: clear explanation of system design requirements, county regulations and permit requirements, how the system operates, system options to consider with associated costs, etc. Very knowledgeable. As this project took place in January, weather issues complicated things requiring on-the-fly schedule adjustments as well. Additionally (my wife really appreciated this) Greg communicated project status on a regular basis. Would highly recommend property care services to family or friends.

They were a bit late on the first day because they have quite a drive into town so it's hard to calculate traffic and the equipment rental process for our job took longer than expected. It happens. Not a huge deal to us, but we do wish they would have called us with time updates along the way. That minor detail aside, we were extremely pleased with the work done by Greg and his son, Aaron. We love that we were able to support a local family business, and that their top-notch customer service makes it easy for us to continue supporting and recommending them. After three basement floods this winter, none of which were covered by insurance of course, Greg understood that we wanted to solve the problem but were quickly running out of funds since our investments kept getting ruined with each subsequent flooding. He worked with us to give us a fantastic price and in all of his suggestions you could tell that he understood our need for affordable, efficient solutions. He was mindful of our toddler and even inquired about her nap times so he wouldn't disturb her. The work, which included a sump pump install and extending and burying a rain downspout several feet away from the house, was extremely well done. We were so impressed at just how incredibly well done it was. They were also really careful to protect our house while they worked and to clean up after themselves after the work was completed. Throughout the entire two-day process, you could see that Greg and Aaron took pride in their company and in every aspect of their work. No corners were cut. Aaron even put back all our grass so that we had no bald spots afterwards. They were honest and knowledgeable and even took the time to explain to us how the sump pump and downspout extension worked, and made sure to test the pump, both for themselves before completion to ensure proper functioning and installation, as well as to demonstrate to us after it was done so that we could see and hear it working. It was truly a pleasure to work with Greg and Aaron. We highly recommend Property Care Services and have their phone number saved in our phones as they are now our official go-to company for any future work we may need.
