Description of Work: I took my desk top computer to be "cleaned up." When I brought it home, it had a constant annoying popup from Microsoft. Other than that issue, the computer worked fine enough. I brought the computer back in to remove the popup, when they were finshed and another $80.00!, My computer would take over 1 minute to load any pages. When I called and told them the issue, their response-by the owner's wife- was you didn't request any service to make your computer faster. I said that I knew that, but why was my computer so much slower now? They refused to correct the issue. I asked for my money back for the second $80.00 spent both by phone and by mail. Did not receive a response. Do not use this business!

+ -1 moreThis business goes above and beyond to fix your computer and does little extra things for you and is so helpful. My daughter purchased a computer system from this business and it has been a perfect purchase. I would highly recommend this business as they are very fair and honest to deal with.
Description of Work: My computer was acting up and to be taken apart and cleaned as well as clearing out old programs.
