COLVILLE SMALL ENGINE SVC

On October 28th of 2013 I dropped off my chainsaw to get a tune up/ get fixed as it would not start, hoping it would be fixed in at least a week, as I needed it to cut my fire wood. Well after two weeks no call, so I called them. I was told by the owner {old Man} that I was not to call them they would call me, rather rudely. I waited 5 more days and still they did not call so I called them back ,and was promptley told that my chainsaw had a broken piston. I told them to fix it, and they said they would. I went to Texas on a business trip to train eliete soldiers for hand to hand combat training and was gone about a month, in which I did not receive any further communication from this business. I returned back to Washington state and called them and asked about if my chain saw was fixed, in which I was told no, they couldn't find any parts in THEIR ware house. I looked up the parts on the internet, ebay and told them I could have them overnighted to them. I was then told that they wouldn't or don't use any parts from ebay,[ genuine stihl parts??] So I said to them please fix my saw and was told by the owners son he would. I waited a week, and nothing had been done. I called them and told them I was on my way to pick my saw up and I thought that it was crazy that they hadn't even touched my saw in more than two months. I never used profanity or even raised my voice on the phone! When I arrived the owner,the old man was on the phone with the sheriff. I was in crazy land!! He, the old man Owner, told me to leave and get my saw and I was bothering him. No conversation what so ever. As I left down the drive way I see the sheriff truck coming up there drive way, Who knows what they [the old man owner told the sheriff office?] *I pride myself in being calm as I was trained as an eliete spec ops operator in the Marines to be so. The truth.... no kiddin and no lies. Never go to this place u might End up in the same or worse situation. thank and semper fi
