I was told that the patch wire cost would be returnable and reimbursable as long as I did not damage it. The next week the office lady told me while giving me the full job quote that I could only return the wire for the $80 reimbursement if I hired them to perform the entire job. This was contradictory to what I was told the week prior. |They neglegted to mention to us during the work that a seperate wire was noticed and left out of the conduit. Consequently, 8 months later we had to dig up the same line and call them out again to replace that single wire and get it into the conduit. They would not take any responsibility for neglecting to inform us of what was noticed. The billing for the first service took over 6 months for them to get in the mail while I kept in friendly contact monthly seeking to complete payment for services. However, and most infuriating, was that the second service billing took over 2 weeks but they demanded payment due immediately upon receipt. I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend their services.

punctual, efficient service- details are now archived. We would not hesitate to use them again.

The electrician arrived on time and answered any questions I had as he addressed the list of concerns/work items I'd provided. He also explained the operation of some fixtures not part of his direct responsibility such as gas fireplace, house venting system, and gas furnace. He claims to have been in the business for about 30 years.

They do really good work. They are prompt and very easy to work with.
