The owner of the company does all the work and he does a very nice job with the work itself. He is punctual and detailed, and from my one experience with his services, he also appears to be knowledgable about the trade he is in. The problem started as he delivered his invoice the day following the service. He immediately began calling and walking into my business to ask the staff when the bill was going to be paid. While I paid the invoice within two weeks of the service date, my staff and I received a total of 10 phone calls/in person inquiries as to the status of the invoice during that two weeks. Every time he called or came in he became more and more aggitated, then harrassing, then threatening. He even had his wife call to try and trick my stafff to take his calls. On the last occassion of her calling, I asked that they please not contact me or my business again and to please not come onto my property or I would have them trespassed by the police. She actually had the nerve to tell me that MY customer service skills needed work! I would encourage anyone reading reviews to please take note of this business, and to steer clear! While they appear normal and professional in the beginning, they are anything but! We even have mace in the office now because the business owner's behavior was so threatening to my staff. We were not prepared to be stalked and harassed for two weeks following his service.
