Description of Work: Complete HVAC replacement with duct modifications. |I would like to give an A for pricing but all work of this type is so expensive. In relation to the main competitor, though, this contractor was more responsive to our needs and was able to save us some money with the most cost effective solution.

Description of Work: Nolan installed a Trane XL 16i heat pump with Trane Variable air handler in 02/2009. Our dissatisfaction at that time was they did not connect the ducts to the two thermostats in the pattern we wanted. But the system works well. The problem has been in the contracting of a "preferred customer service plan" to annually perform four cleanings of the air filtration system and one of those visits was to include servicing of the heat pump and air handler. We have NEVER received 4 services in a contract year and have had to be on top of this constantly because each year a new contract was sent out, with a bill, irrespective of the previous contract not being completed. Of course we refused to sign for the next contract until we had received the 4 services but this resulted in the system not receiving the services that Nolan said were necessary for the proper function, efficiency and maintenance of the system. After never getting this issue resolved by phone and direct office visits with the wife of the owner, I finally wrote a letter to the owner on 10/02/2014 and have had NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Hard to believe.

Description of Work: Nolan Heating & Air Inc did something on the furnace when the company that regularly checks it was not available.

Description of Work: Nolan Heating came by and fixed a duct problem that I was having and they were super fast and did not even charge me because my problem was so simple!
