He was not rude. He was incompetent. He was just trying to take advantage of someone. They did send a person up, he changed the switch in the refrigerator and it was still not working. The price was $70 for a house call. The service person told me there was something wrong with the freon and he didn't bring his freon tester with him. He said he can go and get it but it will cost me another $70 with no guarantee that it would work. I ended up paying him $80 or something. This was bad. Why he wouldn't bring what he needed to do the job for the first time. So, I called the company, Hunters, and they said he just does some stuff for them and that he was not really part of them, so they can't really help me. I would not recommend them. I would not use them. I would not ever buy anything from them. I warn people away from them.
Description of Work: I used Hunters Maytag Home Appliance for purchase of a refrigerator. I called them because my refrigerator stopped working.
