I pride myself on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. I'm an expert in my trade, and will do my best to keep you as educated as I can on your particular task or project. I look forward to earning your business! We provide professional home inspection services for Spokane and Stevens County. This includes Spokane, Airway Heights, Cheney, Davenport, Deer Park, Colville, Reardan, Chewelah, Newport, and all of the surrounding areas. We travel from Canada to Rosalia and Davenport to Montana. We have been working since 1999 to assist local home buyers, home sellers, and Realtors, and through effective communication and knowledge, we have built a solid reputation in the industry.

I have bought 7 homes over the past 25 years and have seen a range of inspectors abilities and approaches. If I were to rate them, Jeff Schroeder be on top for 2 reasons. First of all, right off the bat Jeff Schroeder asked what I wanted out of the inspection. I had 100% confidence that he was there for me, the buyer. Sounds obvious, but believe me it is not always the case. And secondly, Jeff spoke TO me, not over my head or condescendingly simple. He gave me the facts and the extent of the remedies involved. This, too, is not always the case.

Keith was great to work with - friendly, informative (did not mind all the questions), and since we spent 2.5 hours together reviewing the property/home it was nice to enjoy the person you were working with. There was good communication leading up to the appointment (he was actually early for arrival) and we had the report in a very timely manner. We were very satisfied with this investment.

We didnt purchase home based on inspection documents and photos. But that was a good thing as they were so thorough and uncovered issues we didnt know were there and very costly!
