Very, very expensive for the work done. Had him come back a second time as the first job did not work. Gary was very polite and friendly. Always came on time, always called first to say on the way.

I feel I was overcharged for work that was not done because of issues having to do with that work. Since the work was not completed, I was still charged as if it was.

Gary is very knowledgeable and can figure out complex problems. I would recommend without reservations.

I hired Gary to rebuild a deck for me he replaced wood deck with a Trex deck, he put the structural joists at 24" on center and put the Trex decking on and it started flexing and the screws started popping, Gary also replaced the stairs and the workmanship is not right so I asked them to take care of the problem and they didn't so I had a certified Trex installer come out and he said that deck is not to code and very dangerous and to fix it it would cost me an additional $3417.29 to completely redo to deck. After multiple back and forth communcations, Gary did return to add more joist to the deck. He was very polite and did a good job. Appreciate that this is resolved.

Great customer service. Friendly and prompt. Gary even let me borrow his truck for a home depot run! The prices are a little on the high side, but not unreasonable and the service is excellent.

As a cancer patient I had just been released from the hospital. I needed a handrail on my porch. Our family explained this to him. After installing it, he recommended that we redo the decking on our porch. I agreed but he was unable to return for several days. I wrote him a check for over $1,000.00 for materials. In the next few days my health deteriorated and it was emergent that I be able to get out of the house and to the doctor. We therefore had to rent a wheelchair ramp to be installed ASAP. That made it impossible to continue with the plan for porch decking and my son called him to explain and asked if I could get my money back. He said he had purchased the materials already, but offered no proof of doing so. In the next few days his wife sent an email to my daughter charging me for purchasing material, returning material, any time spent talking to him etc. Even $112.00 for speaking to him on the phone. We were never rude and cancelling the work was not a capricious act. My health was at stake. Carpenter Company sent a check to us for $98.00 and kept the rest. That is a lot of money that I could use for medical bills and medications. I feel it is a shame that a local company is so without compassion. Very disapointing.

I thought our handyman Gary did awesome for us. The thing is I didn't think the time for the assessment or while I went to the store to get the GFI outlet should have been charged in the finale total owed. All in all very happy with his work.
