Description of Work: This guy gets my highest rating! He doesn't do a ton of jobs at once, but his work is excellent. He did a big addition on our house for us, and everyone who has come in to see it has nothing but good comments about the quality. He's a really nice guy. If you have a problem, he's right back out there to fix it.

The appraiser who was initially very negative about the house because the house didn't match her expectations based upon the real estate advertisement photos was ultimately won over when she was toured by the contractor after the work was done. During the initial walk through prior to the repairs, the contractor didn't dismiss her concerns but instead told her what he would do to correct the problems. As a result the final inspection by the appraiser went very well. I would recommend him to anyone on Whidbey Island who needs any significant work done on their house. He may be somewhat more expensive than other contractors, but he is worth it.
Description of Work: He repaired all the items that an appraiser identified on a house that we were purchasing. These included repairs and improvements to a large deck and portions of the house exterior. Replace skylights and add interior wood trim. Remove old kitchen stove and stove pipe and patch holes. Replacement of the leaking torch down roof with a membrane over the guest quarters and garage. Removal of interior sheet rock walls and ceiling of guest quarters. Insulate the ceiling and walls, install new sheet rock walls and ceiling. Paint walls and trim. Replace floor and toilet plumbing in guest quarters bathroom. Replace carpet in guest quarters plus a number of miscellaneous items.

+ 2 moreHe started the project on time, stayed on the job until it was finished on time. It wasn't a big project but one that my family really needed to have taken care of. LeRoy was invariably pleasant and knew his stuff. I am so thankful that a neighbor recommended him particularly after another firm didn't even have the courtesy to return a phone call. LeRoy knows construction. He and his crew completed the project in a quality manner and under budget. I was very pleased and would definitely use his services again.
Description of Work: LeRoy and his firm better secured my home to it's foundation, repaired mold damage in the interior and exterior of a wall between a bathroom and a bedroom, and better connected venting to the roof in the kitchen and another bathroom.
