It went well. The men were courteous and professional and trustworthy.

Overall my experience with Tom Miller Construction was Fantastic. My wife heard Tom's radio advertisement and was drawn to his Co-operative approach to remodeling, encouraging the home owner to get involved and to do what they could while Tom and his team would tackle the professional stuff. This allowed us to save some money on the tiling and painting which we felt comfortable doing, while Tom took care of the rest, it gave us a sense of being involved with the project. Tom came to our house and through a couple of different meetings we were able to dial in our plan, picked out our cabinet arrangement and colors and the project was underway. Tom completed the project on time, on budget, and has a new long term customer in us. Thank you so much Tom Miller Construction for bringing our dream kitchen to life! The Lucas Family

The completed addition looks like it was part of the original building. In addition, the quality of the building is substantially superior to that of the original construction - which had already been assessed by an independent expert as "very well-built." The crew were professional and helpful, extremely hard-working. As we became more familiar with them, it became obvious that they were craftsmen - not just builders. They arrived early to work, worked hard all day and stayed late at night. They were respectful of our property, taking pains to not adversely impact our existing structure or our landscape. They made excellent suggestions that improved the quality of the architecture and the design. They obviously had a lot of experience. We felt comfortable having them on our property and around our belongings. It is nice to have people present that are trustworthy. As with any project of this scope, issues arose. For example, the incoming water line was not where expected and it had to be relocated. In each case of issue, workable solutions were proposed, priced out (if necessary), agreed upon and implemented. Overall, the work site was kept tidy during the process. Once complete, the area was left completely clean and free of debris. I am very happy with the resulting structure.

We heard of Tom Miller Construction company from an ad on our favorite classical music radio station. We sent an e-mail and promply got a call back. His company provided a wonderful architect who drew up the plans for our kitchen remodel and new family room. They began the project as scheduled, got all the permits and we just watched the progress. Tom Miller personally helped us pick out the cabinets, the granite and the floor coverings. All work was finished in the promised 16 weeks. We are very satisfied with the project and are enjoying showing it off to family and friends.
