Carpet cleaning

They were on time. Two people accomplished all work in a timely manner. A tedious job cleaning all the blinds and there was not a speck of dust or dirt remaining. The windows sparkled. Haven't seen them that clean since we purchased the home.

We were moving out of our rental home, and I was recovering from my c-section with my 3 week old twins. I was so stressed out about cleaning the house, AND our move-out date got bumped up by 2 weeks... so I hired Ros-Elum Cleaning Service. They squeezed me in that week but had to split the service over 2 days to make sure they could do everything I needed. The woman, Jennifer, quoted me about $250 - they invoiced me for $333 later - but we got our whole security deposit back and got a thank you letter from our landlords. )I live three hours from where the work was to be done. The only contact I had with Ros-Elum Services was by phone. After a break-in I contacted Ros-Elum Services to do a cleaning. Jennifer called me and emailed me the estimate for cleaning walls, windows, carpet and floors. She explained when and how the services would take place. She also provided additional information about services that she did not provide that I may need (plumber and exterminator), along with credible vendors. Two weeks after Ros-Elum completed the work I was able to stop by and inspect the results. Everything was done as explained. The house was very clean and order free. During the cleaning process I received a call from one of the on-site personel who explained additional issues they encountered. Jennifer followed up on that call and the issues was resolved. Considering the mess that was left after the breaking I was very impressed. In addition I contacted the plumber and exterminator, again remotely and had them do the addition work that Ros-Elum recommended. Ros-Elum Services takes a personal intrest in their clients property, treating it as their own. Considering my situation Ros-Elum saved me money by my not having to be at the site to coordinate the cleaning. I highly recommend Ros-Elum Services.

They do a really good job.

We've used a couple of cleaning services from Cle Elum and received OK service. A friend of ours suggested Ros Elum and although they are slightly more expensive then our previous services, we decided to give them a try. They did an absolutely meticulous job of cleaning our house and carpets. We have a dog and 3 small kids, so the carpets were pretty dirty and they got them looking almost new. From the minute we walked in we noticed the difference. We highly recommend them for cleaning.
