Absolutely horrible! The only good thing from the terrible experience was that the estimator came out when he was suppose to. Other than that it was the worst experience i have had with a company. Once we discussed the treatment and the estimator told me how it was applied which is according to "height". Meaning whoever they sent out would stand next to the tree and start applying the product at "shoulder height". I began to think "well what if they send someone out that is 5'7" tall vs a individual 6'1" tall. Would the treatment be as effective? Considering you can be talking several inches of product being applied OR not applied. As i pondered this i called the office to get a answer to my question. Well that was the worst mistake a customer with Sun Pest Management can do. DON'T question their product application or they will flat out cancel you. They also will REFUSE to return any and all phone calls. This includes the management and the owner as well as the secretary. Obviously they have something to hide and want to cheat someone out of product so they can save money. Why else would someone cancel a service over a simple question? There was finally a negative review left on their facebook page. At that point the person asked for a "private detail" message and said he would see what he could do to work out the details. Guess what??? NOT EVEN A RESPONSE!!! I would NOT recommend this crappy, unprofessional company to anybody. STAY AWAY FROM SUN PEST MANAGEMENT ON 13TH ST. IN CLARKSTON WASHINGTON!!!!!!

We had Sun Pest perform a pest inspection (and re-inspection) for our new home and were thrilled with Russ' professionalism, attitude, patience, knowledge and prices. He was extremely thorough and explained in detail what treatments/recommendations he believed we should implement. He worked with me and my extended family with grace and understanding during a busy time of transition for lots of people. If I could give Sun Pest even higher grades, I would. Anyone in Sun Pest's service area would be wise to use them.

I had a very good experience with them and anytime we have a problem they are very professional and don't leave a mess. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.
