This was without a doubt the biggest nightmare of our remodel. The shower pan was set so far out of plumb that our glass shower doors would not fit. Westin, the owner, was contacted immediately and said he would come look at it the next day. He never showed up. In fact, in the three months it took to figure this mess out--he never once came out to see his guys' work. His actual words were, "So Sue me!" We ended up paying to have custom glass doors made to fit the pan as it was, since it still drained. What we didn't know, however, was that the flange on the bottom of the pan was not on squarely (also their fault). The first time we used the shower, water poured down through our brand new dining room ceiling. We stopped using the shower for months, until our insurance helped us fix the plumbing and ceiling. Again, Westin refused to come look at the shoddy work or accept any responsibility. After an exhausting year-long remodel, we didn't have the time and $$ to sue him as he suggested (which is what he was betting on). This was THE WORST example of how a business should be run we have ever encountered.

They came on time and did good work, but a little sloppy on the clean up. Water all over the bench the water heater rested on. I was afraid it might collapse so thought to brace it up later myself as a precaution. |They also removed the garbage disposal from the sink and redid the piping. Basically a good job but did notice a tiny leak afterwards. I retightened a fitting and that fixed it. |I used them in the first place because a real human answered the phone and I could discuss what I wanted done. I am hard of hearing and cannot understand anything on an answering machine. |All in all it went okay. Don't know if I overpaid or not, but they got the job done and am now happy with it.

They've been here a few times. The guy is really nice but I do have some issues. They're kind of a restoration company, and that goes back a couple of years. We had a broken pipe here in the basement which flooded. We were living in Nevada at time and they came in, mopped out the basement, got the water out, took everything out, which was nice. But overall, the charges that they quoted, trying to work with them and asking them for a bill, which we never got, weren't good. We had to get it from our insurance company. They finally forwarded their bill and the charges on it were amazing. One part said $500 for a bonus. So we were kind of disenchanted by that. But, the guy was nice and he did come. We needed an extension put on the pipe to the discharge steam valve, because the water-heater was a different size from the old one. They did that nicely and we also told them our shower pan is leaking. So they caulked around the drain and I asked if it didn't work if he'd have to do it over, he said we'd have to tear the shower up. The water-heater was great, the shower didn't do a darn thing. Like I said, the guy was really nice, but with the previous sweating in the basement, it was a cluster and the only reason I had him come was because he lived down the road from us so it was more for convenience. Something little I wouldn't mind having him do, but anything major I wouldn't because I'm just disenchanted with the business aspect of the whole thing. If we have anything major going on it won't be them.
