Great! Derrick replied to my call promptly, came out later that day to evaluate my small home 'orchard', discussed the two primary needs (listed above), fall trimming to improve tree strength & growth management, gave several suggestions on tree management and we puzzled the cause of 7 of my 13 cedars suddenly and quickly croaking. Explained services, no pressure tactics, very laid back, professional and personable. Estimate clear and detailed. Had said he'd be out the next day (Tuesday) and would call when enroute. No call, no appearance, but appeared at my door shortly after 9 a.m. Weds. Arranged to have him call me in late fall/early winter for tree trimming. Another great experience!

Answered my initial call promptly. Came and gave estimate and completed the work on the same day! Derek was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely use this service again!

It was great! Chad is a very personalable young man, he arrived on time, obviously clearly understood all the problems (The trees were on a high river bank, and nothing could be allowed to fall into the river.) Quoted a reasonable price, and even gave me a discount because i could be flexible about when the work was done. His crew arrived promptly, and were very effecient, and the clean up was thorough.

Derek was professional and listened to our preferences regarding our trees. He explained our options in a very practical manner. Based on the advanced state of our tree's disease, we contracted with him to have the tree removed rather than treated. Derek then agreed to add in the pruning of the other trees on the property (that had not been maintained well by the prior owner) at a very reasonable price. The work was done one afternoon maybe a week later. Derek and his staff cleaned up well afterwards. We were very happy with the price and the artistry of Derek's pruning work. We plan to use him again to help with some ornamental trees and bushes on the property this fall. We highly recommend him.

The guys that came out to cut the tree down were great. They were young kids and did the job real fast. Even though they were short one person it didn't slow them down. They did the job great.

They have been out three times already and have trimmed three trees. I thought they knew what they were doing, and we are very happy with the end result.
