+ -1 moreGreat. Slight miscommunication on which trees needed removal, but I was in no hurry. They came back 2 weeks later to remove the remaining trees.
Description of Work: Raising canopy on trees, trimmed dead branches off giant willow tree, removed 2 dead trees.

+ -1 morefirst thing in the morning, two days later and still no call or a stop by at my home. Very poor business response and I would NOT recommend them.
Description of Work: I called to have their man come and look at my lawn and diagnose my problem and to get an estimate for fixing the problem. Was told Adam would contact me. Waited for his contact for 1 full week and then I called back on 05-04-2015 I was told Adam would either call to schedule an appointment that afternoon or

Description of Work: Lawn mowing and edging. Very nice guys but I did not care fore the ride on equipment used as it created ruts when the ground was wet and doesn't look as nice as a standard power mower.

+ 2 moreArbor Pro Lawn and Tree Care Company had a very competitive bid, a very thorough bid, and the guy was so nice. He said he wanted the job so he was willing to work with us so he trimmed the bid. He made sure to address every part of the bid document that I gave out to everybody and has been accountable so far. They identified a problem about trees we lost and replaced last year because they weren't getting enough water. Arbor Pro Lawn and Tree Care Company is going to come up with an additional bid for the fix of the sprinkler area for those trees.
Description of Work: I'm the president of the home owner association and we contracted with Arbor Pro Lawn & Tree Care Company to clean our storm water ponds, mow, do brush cutting, do weed control along a couple of streets, do vegetation kill on some empty lots we have not yet developed, do sprinkler maintenance, and to maintain the trees and shrubs in a playground area.
