I found Water Doctor on Angi's list, saw their great reviews and decided to get a second opinion from them. Shane, our Water Dr, service provider, went about and beyond. He really new his stuff and was friendly and professional. He spent about an hour with me and was able to identify and explain the current system I have and found the leak. It turned out all I needed was a hose clamp! NOT a 3700 dollar new system. He tested our water inside and out to make sure my system was working. He answered all my questions about my system without trying to sell me on some thing I didn't need. His honesty was refreshing. I will definitely have them come and do the work whenever I have plumbing needs and highly recommend them!
Description of Work: I recently bought a house with a water softener system that had a leak. I knew nothing about the system, how to take care of it or if it needed to be replaced with something new. I had already had a different company in who was unable to give me any information about my current system and just wanted me to install a new one for 3700$. OUCH!
