Absolutely horrible customer service. After several weeks, water began to taste unpleasant. I called for someone to come out and check it. Noone was available to address my issue. The representative told me that the people were really working hard long days and we're stretched thin. For $4500+, I felt that the company could at least send someone to test the water.

the system was more expensive compared to internet research. I am very pleased with our new system and the color and 98% of the odor is gone. the only down side is the drain tub hole was not sealed off leaving an opening in the garage for bugs and critters. other than that minor item, the system is worth the cost.

Installation was professional timely and worth the money. I was given different price options and didn’t feel pressured to go for the most expensive. After seeing the completed job it made me glad that I didn’t attempt it myself.

They replaced our water softener with a kinetico, installed a reverse osmosis system, and an in house water filtration system. I couldn't be happier.

They did a great job. We had a leak with the reverse osmosis system, but they came back on Friday night, of a holiday weekend to replace the system. Very happy, loving my showers, and drinking water is perfect! Coffee tastes so much better!

They responded quickly for the initial consultation. The work was scheduled quickly for the next day. Work was completed in just a few hours which included removal of the old system. All of my questions were answered.
