The installation of a new roof was completed in 1 day. Hector and had to renegotiate the final bid as the original estimate did not include new skylights. He is very courteous, fair, and delivers the work as agreed.

The owner of the company and his assistant were very courteous, fair, honest, not pushy or exorbitant in their prices. They got the old roof removed and the new roof installed in one day. I was very impressed with the owner and his company. I had estimates from about 18 companies and he far out past them. My experience with them was outstanding.

Hector and his team did phenomenal work. They were very collaborative and congenial during the scoping of the project, and transparent and flexible during the estimate development. They were very precise in their work; no short cuts, cleaned up every day behind themselves, and were responsive to our questions and requests during the installation. This project was a standing-seam metal roof and was a sizable investment. We feel we got a very good value and an excellent end product. The team was polite, considerate and conscientious of our home during the project. We are incredibly pleased and satisfied. I strongly endorse Hector and his team and highly recommend them if you are considering a roofing company. You will not find a more honest, genuine, skilled and hard-working team.

They were very professional and attentive. The work crew was very courteous, efficient and diligent including during clean up. Pricing was very reasonable and the time it took to complete the job was shorter than others.

My only regret is that I don't have more roof for them to do. New roof in just a few days. Great 50 year shingles, pro installation, professional work ethic, and fair prices. Hector and his crew were polite and thorough and I would highly recommend them to a friend. I looked around carefully and could not find any sign of them having been here except for a great looking roof they left behind. This will enhance resale value as they replaced 18 year old shingles that were pretty worn. The CertainTeed Pro Advantage Shingles used also prevent moss growth. I didn't know they made such a thing before now.

They were quick, clean and efficient. We are very happy with the roofing job they did. We were told possibly a two day job, but it was completed in one day, with all the clean up done also.
