Our installation standards meet or exceed factory specifications and we can replace any of your automotive windows. We offer free mobile service for repairs and installations. NOVUS unconditionally guarantees its windshield repairs will not crack further and will pass vehicle inspection in all states, for as long as you own your car. NOVUS works with all insurance companies, too. Did you know that if you have comprehensive insurance, most companies will waive your deductible and pay for the repair so you don't have to?

A great experience, and very friendly staff.
Description of Work: After getting a rock chip in my windshield while driving down I-5. I stopped by the Chehalis office location. A very friendly glass rep. repaired my rock chip, while I waited in the comfortable waiting room. In 20 mins I was back on the road. And the Novus rep will contact my insurance directly and my insurance will cover the deductible for the repair.

THE EMPLOYEES AT NOVUS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE, THEY CAME OUT TO MY WORK, PICKED UP THE CAR AND BROUGHT IT BACK CLEAN AND READY TO GO. THEY WORKED EVERYTHING OUT WITH MY INSURANCE AND IT WAS A HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE.
