Licensed, bonded, register in WA as a general contractor : HAIRYH*780CN ---5 recent years in the local carpenters union working mostly out of Seattle in commercial construction --- Educated in a two year program in cabinetry at Bates Technical College, Washington. ---Allen Colvin has been a kind of a jack-of-all-trades fix-it man for over 20 years now, by necessity on our farm, but recently just knuckled down and got licensed and bonded as a general contractor so that he can do what he does for other people, working for himself. -Yard cleanup -Basic garbage hauling -Basic landscaping, like brush removal -Digging a stump -Basic carpentry - cabinet installation, framing, build a shed, barn stall, decks, put in a door or window. -Cut down small shrub/trees. -Basic farm fences or cedar fences. -Siding on a house. -Interior trim work, fix holes in walls. -Flooring. -Dig ditches with tractor or holes. Level out a driveway. -Fix rotten front steps, build wheelchair ramp. ****What he can't do is electrical or plumbing, because that requires a licensed professional by law. Also, no logging. __________
