We had an excellent discussion that addressed my expectations and desires and he accurately conveyed where I was slightly off and provided valid reasons for his comments. He convinced me on each point. Russ is a solid individual that conveys that you can "trust him" to do a good job. When his crew showed up, so did he, and after he lined them out, let them get down to business. The two fellows worked like demons and completed the job of replacing my 3,700 feet of gutters in one day. The work was excellent and the guarantees solid. After a week I tested the guarantee by calling about a leak I had. Russ's crew stopped by the same day and fixed it to my satisfaction!!! I'd surely recommend Gutterdone any time any where! Neil
