do not recommend this company. I contracted with them to rebuild my water conditioner/filter unit and replace my pressure tank leaving my three tank system in place which I had been happy with since purchasing my property in June of 2008, the system passed inspection. Their technician told me while he was tearing apart my system I didn't need my 3rd tank which was labeled "holding" tank, I told him I was happy with my system and that we were keeping it, he said to me "I don't need this job, I only work this job to buy toys for my grandkids and I have news for you, your on my time now and I'm going Golfing ". There's a lot more but what I have to say is I didn't get a Custom Water Solution as promised by their advertising, they came out later to mansplain the direction my water flowed through the pipes and even drew arrows for me. Thank you so much for confirming my suspicion about which way my water flows. Not happy or satisfied with their non remedy of my contract. They told me I need a 500 gallon holding tank and I should contact a well company but many of them weren't honest. Lol. My little 3 tank system worked fine since this property was developed. They waited 5 months to bill me and even included a hose bib their technician refused to install, even though I told him I needed it because of where my barn and water trough was located. I now only have a hose bib on the outside of a shed roughly 200 feet from the pumphouse opposite of my barn. I'm still waiting for a response to my note with their bill asking them to complete my installation as contracted. It's hard to dispute or make a complaint when you don't have a bill. They upgraded my pressure tank without talking to me about "size" difference as this new tank almost reaches the ceiling but maybe it's just what golf guy had on the truck and he didn't have time to pick up the actual tank I was supposed to get. It's scary to have a person who disrespects your home and laughs about it to your face when in that moment you are helpless. I couldn't go a day without water as I don't have the physical strength to transport it, I would have kicked him off my property right then and there if I'd had plumbing skills in my portfolio nor do I have disposable income. I didn't take a picture of my old system as I didn't know I needed it to defend myself when I entered into the contract with them. My original custom system had tanks all around the same height with the pressure tank being wider sitting in the middle. I'm not sure why this decorative water toggle inside the pumphouse could possibly called a hose bib? They tried to explain that if I had need of filtered water outside this was installed for my convenience. It's been so insulting. The technician laughed as he read a text from his boss to me that "he said I did opposite of what he said" while openly laughing about it. He also thought it was funny to do the opposite of what I said as well. Writing about it 5 months later and I'm still disgusted.

We had terrible tasting water, smelled like sulphur from Ocean Shores Public water. Contractor came out and installed a high end treatment system to improve taste and eliminate hard water. Installation went well and system worked good. I thought we paid to much but needed decent water. As it turned out the City of Ocean Shores later installed a new treatment plant and we don't need the system.. Ralph K Ocean Shores, Wa

They are responsive and prompt. We can trust them to do what needs to be done and no more. They give honest estimates and they don't play games with us. Their prices are in line with expectations but they are not cheap. We spent $6,000 to finally get the water purified like it needed to be but it had been years. We put up with a lot before we found them and got the right kind of system so it was worth it.
