+ -1 moreKnow what you want, shop around and go to home shows, display galeries for cabinetry, tile etc. Our home builder had lots of places to ideas from.
Description of Work: Jay Alderson was very professional, willing to work with us AND found some great ways to save money without sacrificing quality. He built our beautiful custom home in 10 months, it is exactly what we wanted, it's gorgeous with outstanding workmanship!! He was prompt, keep budget and project where he promised they would be and supervised all the contracted work personally. We have our dream retirement home and couldn't be happier with the results.
