Mrs. Mercedes Lopez contacted me immediately upon my inquiry. We arranged to meet a few days later and she arrived on time for our walk through appointment. I knew the house was in need of a deep cleaning, but Mercedes was not intimidated by the job. She quoted me a very fair price. I also had a timeline that had to be addressed, as do all military families when they need to leave at the drop of a hat. She was able to bump me up in her schedule. After all, she does have other customers that have regular scheduled appointments, but it just so happened that a customer had cancelled and she was able to fit me into her schedule. I recognized several difficult areas of cleaning that I could never address. One was the toilets. We have ground water and I have lived in this home for 6 years, the rings would just not go away. She removed every evidence of a ring in all three toilets. (I wish I known this trick ahead of time. All the toilets in this division, that I have visited, have the same problem.) The fixtures were dusty and in need of cleaning. Mercedes had brought a step stool that allowed her to get up to the highest lights. She pulled off all the shades and lightbulbs and cleaned all of them. All cabinets were cleaned and wiped down and floors moped to perfection. She is not limited to just her area that she lives. Most of her working territory is Olympia, Lacey, Dupont and Tacoma, so please don't be alarmed by her proximity to your job-site. She will travel to you and be on time. She brings all her own cleaning supplies and has all documentation that is needed to gain access to base housing. I couldn't be more happy with the service she performed. She is efficient and professional. " I will" use her again.
