Description of Work: I have been working closely with MDK Construction on a cabin project for some property in Lewis County. They have been very thorough with the bid and estimates and very responsive with excellent customer service. They know what they are doing and I felt like they were excellent guides through the design and creation process. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for future projects. Excellent service, fair pricing and great response times.

+ -1 moreAll work crews arrived ready to do the job they were assigned. We live 70+ miles from MDK offices but crews did not do as other companies have done which is leave the city at 8 or 9 AM, arrive at our work site at 10 or later and leave there at 3 to get back to their base by 5 PM. In contrast, the MDK crews often arrived early and worked late, often past 6 PM. Each crew had their specific tasks, old siding removal and building wrap, windows, insulation work, new siding, painting and gutters. All were very professional, worked quickly and thoroughly and left the work site cleaned up. I recommend MDK, Construction, Inc. for home or business owners who have building projects and want quality results.
Description of Work: Remove and dispose of siding and window trims, install building weather wrap, install 12 new Milgard windows and 1 sliding door, change 3 windows to meet code egress height of 44" from floor, replace interior window frames & paint, do blown in insulation in exterior walls, replace slding with Hardi Fiber-cement and paint exterior of 1600 sq ft. house, and install new gutters.

+ -1 more5 CGreat job on installing cabinets, etc. Work went smoothly and the workers were responsive to all my questions. Greg even constructed a custom bookcase in the island. Cabinet selections were high quality at very reasonable price. Tile backsplash work was really excellent. Will definitely use them again.
