Albright Appliance

Our new dishwasher was leaking from the front left corner of the door. I called for an appointment with Albright's. He arrived on time and spent the first while evaluating the workings of my "fancier" model (my words, not his!). He tried a few things as the thought was the washer arm was sticking on the float and causing the water to fill too high in the bottom of the dishwasher, leading to the leak. None of the fixes were functional, so he left and contacted me a day later, saying he had spoken with his resources. In the meantime, I had contacted Sears and discovered it was still under warranty. Sears ended up fixing the issue, but I still highly recommened Albright's for his professionalism, knowledge and follow-through to make sure I was happy with the result.

They were excellent. They came out the same day and they explained everything. They were very knowledgeable, only did what needed to be done. The guy went out of his way to be very professional and courteous and get the job done quickly. Every time they've come out, they are an "A". Their prices are very fair. It's an outstanding company to work with. I wouldn't call anyone else.
