I was very happy with them. They were prompt they came immediately. I didn't have to wait a day or two, and they hand shoveled the areas that needed to be hand shoveled. Very good people. I thought they were reasonable because they hand shoveled. I have a large concrete area by my basement that I like to pull my car in and unload my groceries through the basement area. And I've hired other people to plow and I had to do it. But they did all of that and at the top of the driveway I have to take my garbage up the driveway and they cleared, hand shoveled a place so I could walk up easily and a place for my garbage can. So I was really happy with them. They did an excellent job. He is very courteous. They were very courteous. And he said I could pay by the month or could pay my individual, I like that. I prefer to pay by individual. There is no confusion of billing. When he would come I would make a check out for him them. He gave me an option of how I wanted to pay it. I could pay it monthly or at each time he plowed. And I like that. I was just really happy with him. They are the first people that I hired that I didn't have to hand shovel areas myself.
