"Very nice and professional. It's been almost 2 years since we hired them. Biggest complaint is the stairs creak alot now, where they didn't before when it was carpeted. There're loose/squeaky boards throughout the house now, but that may be because of the sub-floor we have, but I'm not sure. Overall we're pretty happy."
