"Amazing. Crew arrived on time, "isolated" the area of work with floor and wall coverings, worked steadily with no intrusion to me or my time, finished, cleaned up and asked for my opinion/approval. Excellent work, very professional and courteous. This project required some knowledge/expertise as it was being done on a 90 year old home and involved lathe and plaster and sheetrock both. Once complete, the only evidence they had been there was the ceiling patch was done! Would recommend them to any and all needing drywall work."

My name is Zach Green, I am the owner and operator of Zachary Green Construction LLC. I specialize in interior finishes and remodels, from apartment complexes to brand new custom homes. I started my business after many years of hard work and dedication to my craft, working for general and subcontractors all over the PNW. I wanted to change peoples perspectives on contractors and show other companies how it should be done. When I started my business, I was tired of going to customers homes to find them unsatisfied. They always felt like they paid way too much for the amount of work that was done, because the company I worked for had to pay 10 people from one task. I knew I had to do something different, in order to show people you CAN get portfolio quality work for a small business price. I make sure when I send a bid, thats its the most reasonable price for the scope of work, and that I will only be finished when my client is completely satisfied. Unlike most other companies, I own and operate my business. That means less overhead, or money out of your pocket for all of the behind the scenes work most people hire out. I don't have a secretary or any employees, so you talk to me the whole time. I perform all aspects of scheduling, logistics, and the actual work so you know its done right the first time. i work harder than the older contractors to make sure my clients are perfectly satisfied and more likely to leave great reviews! I look forward to building solid relationships with companies and homeowners based off of top quality work for the most reasonable price possible. By taking control of my expenses and keeping them low, I can assure you that I will give you the best bang for your buck when it comes to your next project. From small jobs to complete home interiors.

On average, drywall installation costs $2,000, depending on the size, complexity, accessibility, and location of the job. The typical cost range is from about $400 to $6,000, which includes materials and labor. Additional cost factors include the thickness of the drywall, the shape and height of the room, and the level of finish. The level of finish ranges from only hanging the drywall to taping and mudding the seams between panels to painting the walls.
Most drywall used for interior walls of homes is 1/2-inch thick. This size strikes a balance of being easy to handle and hang while being thick enough for the durability needed on interior wall applications.
The average cost to apply a skip-trowel drywall texture to walls is $1.25 to $2.00 per square foot. Ceilings cost slightly more because of the increased difficulty of working overhead. Additional cost factors include any drywall repairs and removal of existing textures or wallpaper.
The typical cost to repair drywall ranges from $300 to $900 for walls, and about $440 to $1,520 for ceilings. Cost factors include the size of the repairs and how extensive and specialized the repairs are. Average drywall repair cost ranges include:
Small holes (up to four inches across): $60–$200
Large holes: $50–$75 per square foot
Cracks: $60–$400
Dents: $60–$200
Ceiling repair: $320–$1,300
Water damage: $1,300–$5,550
Nail pop repairs: $60–$200
The cost to skim coat drywall is $1.15 to $1.35 per square foot. Most of the cost is labor, for the necessary skills to apply the skim coat with precision using high-quality tools. This is a job better left to the professionals for the best outcomes.
