Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to meet my needs and quick completion date. I will be hiring Jason again in the spring to plant trees, bushes, and flowers in order to complete the overall landscaping of our back yard.

He put them exactly where I wanted and also moved an existing rock that was in my way.

Jason was very responsive to my inquiries and then came out and talked to me about what I wanted. He sent me a quote and then I asked him to come out again because I had been a bit rushed the first time and wanted to make certain he understood what I wanted. He explained what he was planning on doing based on what I had said the first time and he was right on. The work was done in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

Everything went perfect. They were very professional and showed up on time. They actually called me 2 weeks earlier than what was scheduled. It took them about 3 days to complete the work. This was the first time I had used their service.

Jason was very efficient in his work and gave details for cost within 1-2 days. I would definitely consider him if we needed work we were unable to do ourselves.

Jason was a pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the crew. They were very professional, but beyond that, they were polite, cheerful and hard-working young men. From our very first phone call, Jason was prompt, attentive and it was obvious that he wants his customers to be satisfied with the results. He listened to our input and assisted or suggested rather than directed the outcome. We're very happy with the results and have had numerous compliments from neighbors. He followed up within a few weeks to check on things. We had some minor concerns and he responded without delay with some suggestions and a promise to check back with us.

It went great. Jason and his crew did an outstanding job with the yard! It's amazing how much more lawn we now have. This is the second time we've used Jason and would definitely use him again.

We were very pleased with the service and results. We went with Hone as Jason came up with a creative solution to accessing the area needing landscaping as well as good ideas on what to do with our problem hill. Jason also was very accommodating about answering all of our questions, coming to see us several times before the work was started. The contract was detailed so as not to leave questions regarding the work to be performed The on site crew was very pleasant, careful with our property and hard workers. We will use this contractor again if the need arises and refer Hone Landscaping to our friends.

It went really well. We were very happy with the service. I would use them again in the future.

We are a small retreat center. Our gravel driveway and parking lot had not been well maintained over the years - car eating potholes, muddy sections and such. The other projects also grew out of long-deferred maintenance. Our hope was to get them done at a reasonable rate since landscaping equipment would already be on site. Jason took time to fully understand the scope of our projects, and made helpful recommendations. He took significantly longer on site to develop his estimate and seemed truly interested in what we did, and was obviously aware of our desire to have a pleasing environment for our retreat guests. He also demonstrated an understanding of our non-profit finances and recommended a few items that we could leave out and still have a great look at the end. Other bids were a bit lower for the main project (gravel work), but Hone was the overall best for all the work. One company said the pond was "impossible" to do and wouldn't bid it. The other was significantly higher for all three of the small projects. Hone was also the only one to provide a well constructed bid broken out by job with clear details. Jason's attitude, professionalism, and a "sharp pencil" on the bid won the job. Work went as planned. He was aware of our timing constraints and was willing to work around our guest groups. The showed up promptly and began work quickly. His team was responsive when needed and sought me out when needed. We added somewhat to the scope of the work and Jason was careful to explain the impact on final cost. While some of the work had an impact on our landscaping, the team did as much as possible to minimize it where they could. Jason was responsive to my questions and any concerns I had about that issue. All in all they left the grounds and driveway looking very good. The driveway was particularly well done. While on site I asked for some advice from Jason as a professional landscaper. He was very helpful and encouraging. In face, he made arrangements for us to have 30 yards of bark blown in without any added mark-up. He wasn't involved in that job directly, but still followed up to see if the work was done satisfactorily. An excellent job

Jason was on time, polite, professional, and my satisfaction was his number 1 concern. He let me get on the truck and choose the rocks I liked, and he was more than willing to place them exactly where I wanted. I changed my mind a few times and he was always understanding and patient. It's not easy to move rocks this size, maybe 3' x 3' x 2' high, but Jason aims to please! Five 2-man rocks for $299 is a fabulous deal, as was confirmed by a couple of neighbors who have priced out decorative rocks. The rock is gray in color. I might have preferred more of a coppery color, but the deal was only for a certain type of rock, which was fully explained by Jason prior to purchase. He was up front, honest, and brought a great amount of rocks to choose from because I told him I'm a fussy perfectionist! He was great from beginning to end!

They were very reliable and straightforward. They did the job on time and showed up on time. Whatever they promised is what they achieved. I had an issue with something this year and I emailed him and he emailed me right back and said he would fix it for free. He is very honest and reliable. He is worth it.

Excellent. Jason and his team were very responsive, taking the initiative to make sure we were completely satisfied. It was a pretty amazing experience to watch his team build a level, two-tier rockery approximately 10 feet high in about 10 days. Money very well spent.

They did a great job. Tree limbs fell exactly as planned, tree sections fell exactly as planned, no damage to the surroundings, everything cleaned up and carried away! This was a nerve-wracking operation for us as the tree was huge and very close to the house, so we are happy that it went so well!
