I like Bobs honesty and knowledge. Another group had estimated that it would cost $1400. to fix the problem and even then were doubtful that it would last, they recommended that I replace my pump at a cost $3800.00. Bob found the problem, A broken wire and had my heat pump working in less than an hour. He will get all service calls on my heat pump in the future.

Bob was onsite in an hour and half, diagnosed the problem and fixed it and cleaned the furnace and filters for a lot less than I had expected. Good job
