Bob was great! This was just a maintenance visit, but he took the time to explain some things on my furnace that should now save us money. Where to look if there's a problem in the future and what to do. He also explained about the duct work and what to do about that. It was fantastic! I'll definitely call Bob again next time.

Gas furnace would not go on. I did a little trouble shooting and narrowed the problem. When Bob came out, he determined that the part needed to be replaced. He did not have the part, but came the next day and repaired and cleaned my furnace. The pricing was all up front no surprises.

Bob was on time for his appointment. Repaired the furnace fuse and gave a spare one for future use. Also showed us how to replace one if it blows again. He also did regular maintainn while he was at it with no extra costs.

Bob was responsive and very professional. I paid exactly what he quoted me over the phone. While he was working on my furnace he noticed something that a previous tech from another company left undone. He fixed that at no extra cost.

Actually I had a furnace/AC tuneup. Bob was very honest, responsive and professional. He gave me his rate over the phone, and that was what I paid. He did not add any unnecessary service or product like another company did in the past. He did a great job.
