Bob was awesome, in a word. Initially, he tried to help me diagnose and fix the problem over the phone. He came by the next day, 3minutes early, found my circuit board to be at fault, and had me up and running in an hour. He gave me all sorts of great advice about my filters. Bob is very easy to work with and fixed the furnace with an easy clean out of the equipment associated with the pilot light. He explained what was wrong and how he could fix it without any new parts.

Bob with Action Heating called me very shortly after I made the online request. His prices were 10% less than his nearest competitor and 25% less than my usual service. This is what encouraged me to give this company a try as I prepared the home for sale. He was available for appointment within days of me selecting the service, explained what to expect on the day of service, arrived on time and prepared, and charged fees as previously agreed with no surprises. While he was doing the inspection I was able to run down to get the air filter needed (he previously explained that he doesn't carry all sizes) and he installed it. Would hire Action Heating again.
