Everything went great on our furnace check up and cleaning with Action Heating & Air Conditioning - Bob Clarke. 5 stars across the board.

Bob was very nice and accommodating. He showed up on time and did quality work. The price was a little higher than I expected, but I think that's because the work was more complicated than typical. I would hire him again.

Bob called the day before to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time, showed us everything he did, advised us on future options. We asked for an estimate on an air conditioning, and he indicated he would contact us in the spring for an update on AC. His pricing beat out everyone else's that I had contacted by about $30. His work was excellent, and my furnace is clean and running smoothly. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Bob was incredibly generous with his time and knowledge in trying to help me fix the problem over the phone. When this didn't work, he showed up as scheduled the next day and fixed the problem at his minimum fee. No reservations at all and I would hire him again without hesitation!.

Bob came showed up on time. When I talked to him on the phone and told him what I thought the problem was, I thought he was gonna try to give me a big song and dance and charge me a fortune, but he was honest and very Reasonable, would use him again in an Instant.

Bob called me immediately. (I had already waited 3 hours for a return call from the first heating company.) He talked to me about the heat pump and instructed me how to allow the ice build up to melt before he came to check the unit. He called to confirm the appointment. He was on time and polite. He allowed me to follow him around and watch as he worked. He explained what he was doing at each testing point. I appreciated his patience and his information about my heat pump.
