Tracy's Insulation were just great. They would come to do follow up things if I had a worry. We would crawl underneath the house to look at stuff. They were just great on the work itself.

|They did beautiful work, but the cost was high. They forgot to tell us that we and our pets needed to evacuate the home for two days! They should have told us that R49 was over-kill, we could have saved money with less foam. |The workers were fast, profession, and efficient. But, the office's bidding process and communication needs work. Next time I will get competitive bids.

It went great once the job started. The original start date was delayed due to an employee's injury on another job that left the company short handed. But they finally got the job done before winter weather set in and they did a great job. We were working through a city program for low income homeowners, so the city paid for most of the work, but the company was great about working with us to get the vapor barrier installed. It was not covered by the city, and we paid for the cost as a gift to our son. The company was very professional and helped with the paperwork that needed to be completed for the city, as well as making it easy for us to add to the original scope of work so we could assist our son with providing him a warm home. We were provided with a written estimate, and the job was completed as proposed. The job site was left clean and all that was left to do was paint over a few patches left in the siding where the insulation was blown in.

The actual crew that does the work is outstanding., I dealt with 3 different crews and every man was excellent. The Estimator, Scott, was also excellent. When you call in the front office staff is very cold and unhelpful. The job I got was first class and I wouldn't let the office staff keep me from using Tracy's again.
