The work I requested to be done was not done. I paid for 3 girls for 3 hours of cleaning and the priority was the kitchen. The ladies only completed the 2 bathrooms and only 1/4 of the kitchen. I was incredibly disappointed. When I contacted Kaya, the owner she bashed me and argued with me via Facebook for 3 hours. She never had sympathy or did she try and right the wrong. Such an unprofessional business owner. I still don't understand why they didn't start on the kitchen and how 3 ladies could only complete 2 bathrooms. The owner repeatedly messaged me saying my house just must have been really dirty and she tried to shame me into this being acceptable. It is far beyond ok.

First, I would like to say that this company/service went above and beyond my expectations! I grew up in Sweden and I have lived in the US for 17 years now, and I have not run into many people that knows how to clean to the standard that I grew up with. The Kaya crew pulled everything out cleaned under fridge, inside and out, same with the stove, every "nook and cranny" in the kitchen was cleaned and wiped down, and the same in the bathroom. The bedrooms and the closets were completely wiped down and clean. The windows (both inside and out), trim and shelves were perfectly cleaned. The carpet was cleaned, the floors were mopped/scrubbed and very clean. I don't know what else to say other other then that I had nothing to complain about. I was happily surprised that I had found someone to help me with cleaning house that has a high standard. This is to me worth a lot. I am in the process of selling my current house and I have booked Kaya's service again! I am so grateful that I found her! She charges $25 dollars an hour, which is a good deal to me. Kare by Kaya has worked for me for 2 years and I'm very happy with her girls, they will do anything I ask. climb up and get things out of cup broads I can't get to. Carry things out to the garage for me that are to heavy. I have a really bad back so are a god send. They have helped me set up for the Lavender Festival and X-mas bazaars.

We have a contract with Kaya to clean our vacation rental property after the check-out of each guest. She and her crew have been assisting us since the purchase of our home in February, 2014. Kaya took the time to meet with us several times prior to our first guest arriving, to be certain we had the appropriate inventory for the home, made suggestions as to how to arrange the furnishings and layout, as well as to counsel us on the best way to store additional cleaning items and inventory for the home. She and her crew have always been extremely professional and very prompt with communications. Her staff contacts me while they are cleaning our home to advise if there are any missing or damaged items, as well as to let me know that everything is in order and ready for the newly arriving guests. The home is always thoroughly cleaned and I have received numerous comments from our guests as to how clean the home is. Kaya has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions - even taking the time to assist me with my security and internet system when it was down (I'm over 6 hours away) and couldn't be reset remotely. I am extremely pleased with the results we have received from Kaya and her crew and consider her company a true asset to our vacation rental property.

If you double check her or her the subs/friends that she pays to do the work, it's ok.. sorta. But don't go by the hourly rate, go by the project. I actually had her "team" do the yard for me a few times. The last time, very last time they missed a whole section of the yard. I had already sent the check and she PROMISED to refund some of the time due to the lack of quality. That NEVER happen (it's been months). I know how it is to be a small business and how sometimes having to pay people can get tight. In fact the first time I had her do yard work the check took longer than she had hoped to go get processed through my bank's BillPay. She nagged until I agreed to walk cash over to her bank, I had to look the nearest branch and deposit funds into her account. BillPay would have taken 2 weeks and she couldn't wait... I ended up having to leave work to preform this task for her due to the up-coming holiday. She's got some good resources but her lack of character when it comes to her crew gets in the way and money often is needed instantly. I would only recommend her services if you are home and able to keep an eye out on what time her crew arrives and leaves then double check the service (as in walk the yard) before sending money.

Kaya and her team are amazing.They are courteous hardworking and excel at their job. My home never had looked any better until we started using them. From the corners of our ceilings to our wood floors everything is clean and sparkling. I would tell anyone looking for home or outdoor services to please give them a call won't be disappointed
