We first met Frank and his wife at home show in January 2012 at the Memorial Coliseum. He impressed us with his knowledge and history of his prior contracting experience. Frank not only did a great job for us but he also offered the name of a cabinet refinisher that he had done joint work with. In the end we chose the contractor he recommended for the cabinet refinishing part of our remodel job. Frank went beyond just doing his portion of the job, as he performed unplanned work on behalf of the cabinet refinisher as well. We had a minor problem with a single drawer which Frank came out and corrected immediately. A true professional and craftsman!

The superb quality of the drawers is impressive over everything we have had in previous homes. He also asked if we wanted to remove the wood divider in our glass fronted cabinets, which made it so much easier to remove and put away all the glassware and vases. Great idea that when done, you'd never know it was not part of the original way they were made. We are thrilled with the how everything turned out!

I am very happy with what they did and how the job was done. They were always on time, did exactly what they said they were going to and were very pleasant to deal with. Even though I was out of town and we had to delay the work they must have wrote down the date I was back because they followed up with me when I returned. It was just really great service.

Both Frank and Liz were excellent to communicate with. They make it easy to do projects and are delightful too. Frank has a wonderful personality and you can tell these are honest people with integrity and one feels comfortable doing business with them. We certainly be calling on them for any further shelf needs in our future.

Frank's communication was excellent and clear from beginning to end. He showed up when he said he would. He straightforward - never felt his trying to upsell us, provided excellent information for our decision-making. I rarely hire a contractor on the spot, without thinking about it thoroughly and without getting many other bids. But his reputation on Angies List + his communication + his pricing led us to approve his bid immediately. And we are glad we did. His work was extremely high quality. Everything was as straightforward as it could be. Highly, highly recommended.

I thought the price was reasonable. They were very professional. I thought they were neat, tidy, and knew exactly what they needed to do and made some suggestions which worked out fine.

I love my new pull-out shelves and really enjoyed the experience. His bid was half that of a competitor, and he did a wonderful job. It took about 6 hours. He returned two days later to re-stain and finish the installation. The second visit took just 15 minutes. Frank is very personable and fun to be around. I highly recommend the Pull-out Shelf Company!

He came, he measured, he gave us a price and a date when he would return. He returned exactly that date (took about two weeks); installed the shelves; charged us the agreed price. AS very nice man!!!

The only reason we did not choose The Pullout Shelf Company was an aesthetic judgement base on a special circumstance - our kitchen cabinetry is glass-fronted. My wife preferred the other shelf front finish. We did not have a completely satisfactory experience with the contractor we chose. The bid was prompt, professional and competitive on price and quality. We would certainly call The Pull Out Shelf Company in the future if we have another project of this type.

We wanted to have pull out drawers in our kitchen to hold the heavy pots and pans. We've looked at Home Depot and other "online" places, but snothing was exactly what we needed.....so, I went on Angie's List and found "The Pull Out Shelf Company". We contacted Frank for an estimate, he came out, gave us a price and some ideas for a configuration we didn't think was possible. Two weeks later he came out and did the work exactly as we'd discussed. We couldn't be happier

First Frank from THE PULL OUT SHELF COMPANY came out and looked at my shelves and listened to my problems and then showed me what he could do to make my kitchen shelves more accessible for me to use. He then measured everything and just as promised he called in about two weeks and said my shelves were ready. We set a date for him to come and install them. He arrived on time and got to work and was done in about 4 1/2 hours. Very clean, professional, fun person to work with. Left my kitchen in good order and I love the shelve. I went through everything and gave some stuff away I never use and now have very easy, organized shelves. I love that I can pull out the shelf and reach something way in the back without disturbing what was in front. Wish I had done it sooner.

A great experience! the work was done in one day and the quality was excellent. We ae thoroughly satisfied with the product and the experience.

Made an appointment for the estimate. He arrived as requested and provided us with the information. A few weeks later, the shelves arrived and were installed. Great service.

All cupboards were measured with care. The installation was very efficient. The cost was less than wire ones from Home Depot when you pay installation. My shelves will hold 100 pounds each.

Frank measured and showed me the various types of shelves. We have a large pantry. He told us how it could be arranged. We chose slotted drawers beside the stove. He told us and showed us the materials and advised that they were made in Arizona. We scheduled a date for installation. He came and installed them promptly. He cleaned up after wards and showed us how to move the shelves if we wanted to re-arrange the pantry.

Met Frank at home show, very gregarious guy who definitely knows what he is doing. Estimate appointment set without difficulty. Gave me a fair price estimate including any discounts. Accepted credit card. When drawers ready for installation (about 3 weeks) set installation date (on a Saturday) to accomodate my remodel schedule. Installation took better part of day. Quality of product appears excellent. Very happy with outcome. I am sure if there was any little problem or tweak to be made Frank would be out ASAP. He even helped me get some new hinges for cabinet doors which were being refinished. That was above and beyond but most appreciated.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. They were courteous, on-time, and did a great job. They even follow-up with fixing a "sticky" drawer that we had.

It was great. They were absolutely fantastic. They price was great and the service was wonderful. They were friendly and competent. He came back to do another shelf that we thought would not be possible. He was prompt, courteous, clean, and efficient. I absolutely couldn?t be happier and I would highly recommend them.

We are so happy with it. We often comment that we wish we had the work done sooner. The installers themselves were absolutely great. They came out exactly when they said they would, right on time, and took the measurements. They did the work on time, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. We did not compare prices, so I cannot comment on that. However, iIt was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

It was excellent. I came across them at the Home and Garden show and got an estimate from them. The price seemed good, so I had them do the work. I did not get other estimates, but I was very happy with them and would use them again.

It turned out great and we were very satisfied with their work. He was very personable and helpful. He had to come back when I had trouble adjusting one of the shelves, and he took care of it for free, which I appreciated.

Everything was excellent. My wife is very happy with it. It was a little more expensive than we thought it would be, but overall it was a very good experience and a very good product. They were congenial and competent, and we were very happy with them.

We contacted Frank on referral from another contractor who spoke highly of his work, and he scheduled a prompt consultation with us within a few days. Frank came to our house right on time and spent about an hour looking over our existing audio/video cabinet. He recommended installation of six drawers in two open spaces in the cabinet, plus new shelving in another open area that needed a big appearance upgrade. The drawers and shelving were specifically sized for the spaces based on Frank's measurements, so there was no concern about whether standard-size products would fit properly. Frank carefully explained the logistics of the the building and installation work and gave us what I considered a very good price. He estimated completion would take about three weeks, and we later got a call from him to schedule installation during the fourth week. Since we were approaching our bad weather season we asked that installation be completed as soon as we could arrange it, and Frank accommodated our request. He arrived on time for the installation and after some finish work on the drawers and shelves he had them in place and working properly in several hours. Frank answered all of our questions and was very pleasant and friendly during the entire project. We paid the exact amount originally estimated and his work was high quality and without any subsequent problems.
