Brad was great...very professional, punctual, and neat. He showed up with the shelves and mats to put down on the floor while he worked. He had all the shelves installed in about 3 hours and vacuumed up any sawdust that was created during the installation. I would definitely refer Brad to family and friends. When I need more pull-out shelves, I will definitely call Brad again.

Excellent communication with Brad. He is not only punctual, he's early! Calling ahead of time, he works with your shedule, weekends, after work hours, it's the kind of customer service that is so sadly lacking these days. Brad goes above and beyond to ensure the product matches perfectly where you want it and is in and out in a jiffy. He's friendly, professional and stands behind his products. The only negative is the drawers are a bit expensive but they are worth it when it comes to organizing your cabinets. We aren't in our "forever" house yet and I guarantee that if my next house doesn't have pull out drawers, I'll be calling Brad again. Highly recommend both on Customer Service and product. Very satisfied.

The owner came to our house in early June and did a consult and measured the cabinets for the pull-out shelves. He explained everything about the shelves and the process of measuring, building, and installing the shelves. He even recommended that we not do all the cabinets that we had originally planned because he said that we should try the new shelves for awhile before we decided on more pull-out shelves.

Work was excellent and Brad was very professional. We absolutely love our new shelves. Our cabinets are very deep and the back parts are hard to reach even for me (I'm 6'3"). This resulted in much of our shelving not being used. Also, as we get older we find that getting at things in our lower shelves is difficult and if something is in the back, it is impossible. This solved our problems. Brad has doubled our useable shelving area. The shelves are of high quality and we are very happy. Upon completion, the area where he worked was cleaner than when he started.

Brad was punctual and thorough in his presentation. His materials are of the highest quality - even my engineer husband thought so. He installed the shelves earlier than expected, needed no help or coaching. He was efficient, neat and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him to anyone interested in a good product. The shelves work perfectly and we are very pleased.

Based on a word-of-mouth (not Angie's List) recommendation, we contacted the Pull Out Shelf Company and had a great experience. We called to get an estimate, and the initial consultation and review of our needs was extremely valuable. Communication of various options and constraints was very helpful in deciding what we could expect. Many variables that we hadn't considered were brought to our attention. These options were in no way an attempt to "up-sell" us, which we greatly appreciated. The shelves were installed as promised, and one of the shelves that had a slight defect was replaced in a timely fashion. The entire process was handled with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. After about 6 months after installation, we love the product and are considering installing a couple of additional pull-outs. We are very satisfied customers.

I have never received a return call from them. I do not understand why for 2 months they have not been able to return my call.

We had a very negative experience with this provider. We acknowledge that the provider ultimately made the job good. However, we had to tell him how to do it, and he tried to leave while several of the pullouts still were improperly installed and unuseable. We had to stay here to coach him on what needed to be done and to insist that the job be completed properly. Also, their ad states they take credit cards. Without explanation--and before we mentioned the various problems with the job--the provider refused to take a credit card and insisted on being paid by check. Pullout "shelves" really are shallow drawers, and are a bit tricky to fit and install. It is crucial to take correct measurements. The provider did not do this. This resulted in three separate problems: 1. Pullout too deep for the cabinet. Provider cut the back of the pullout to make it fit. We refused to accept the disfigured pullout and insisted on a new, properly-fitting pullout. 2. Pullout too deep for the cabinet (another one). Provider CUT INTO THE SOLID WOOD CABINET FRAME!!! WITHOUT ASKING!!! to make the pullout fit. And then TRIED TO DISTRACT US WHEN WE NOTICED A SCRAP OF CABINET WOOD LYING ON THE FLOOR!!! We insisted he provide a pullout of the correct size, and that he patch the cabinet face. We had to sand and repaint the area ourselves. 3. Provider mismeasured interior mounting brackets, which made the space too narrow for several of the pullouts. He jammed the pullouts into their sliding brackets anyway, but several were so tight that they could not be pulled out. He explained that the interior walls of the cabinet were bowed, so there was really nothing he could have done to avoid the problem. He assured us that the pullouts would loosen over time. My husband showed him where the measurements were off, and actually had to stop the provider from leaving without fixing the problem. All the while, the provider insisted the problem was with the interior walls of the cabinet, which it clearly was not, as he eventually did make the pullouts fit under our instruction. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this provider. His carpentry skills are not up to the demands of this type of upgrade.

From the initial meeting and measuring, Brad and Jo were very helpful. There was a bit of a mix up in the initial measurements and Brad took full responsibility with no excuses and made things right. It's great to deal with honest folks. The job tuned out beautifully and has transformed our kitchen. Will make it easier to access the contents of our cabinets. Very professional and great folks to work with.

We saw this company's display at the Home and Garden show in Vancouver, liked what we saw and scheduled an appointment. Frank was very friendly and professional and worked with us to provide access to a long, thin cabiner which was positioned next to our range. It is now a few years later and we remain happy with our purchase. The quality of product is excellent; it gets some pretty heavy use and everyting works as well as it did the day it was installed. Having slide out shelfs is a really cool feature to have, and once you've lived with them, you won't want to do without.

The install went perfect. We cannot thank Frank enough for making our kitchen functional!

They were very prompt and professional. The cabinet modifications and new hardware appeared to be excellent. The cost was higher than anticipated, we will look at this again later.

Job went great Frank came over and worked with us on getting what we wanted. On the day of the job he was on time and said it would take about four hours which it did. He was very friendly and told us what he would be doing. After he had finished he cleaned up.We are very happy with the work that he did.

Starting with the first call I made, which Elizabeth returned very promptly, to the final install it was as professional and easy experience as I have ever had. Not only do we love the quality of our new, *organized* pull-out shelves, we have reclaimed more than 50% usable storage space (and, in some areas, as much as 80% +), which is fantastic. More importantly, besides being so impressed with the product, we were even more impressed with Frank and Liz, the company owners. Quality product - Quality people! So glad we found them and did business with them! Due to our very hectic personal schedules, Liz arranged for Frank to come do the install at a time that was convenient for us, without hesitation. Frank arrived on time, went way above and beyond to protect our kitchen hardwood flooring (laid down large carpeted work areas), and got right to work, with a minimum of mess or any hassle. He cleaned up so well I could hardly tell he had been there, except for the beautiful pull-outs. He also put in a vertical, slide-in storage area above our oven, and provided additional storage space where there previously was wasted space, at the top of our pantry. A background in construction definitely compliments Frank's abilities in his installation. He was there most of the day, so we had a few minutes to get to know one another on a break or two. What a quality guy he is. What more could you want - he and Liz were great, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We're currently planning for some additional installations in the near future. This is definitely a discretionary project, but so glad we did this!

He was the best workman I have ever had come into my home. He was the nicest person. He made suggestions and told me what was not worth it. He was realistic, positive, and neat. He cleaned up his mess and was very prompt. He was very good. I love my new shelves.

The product and service are both high quality. Incidentally, Frank is sincerely concerned about pleasing/helping the customer. When my abyssinian kitten ran out the front door, he helped retrieve her. He also volunteered to adjust the volume setting on my computer, allowing me to hear sound from my speakers. What a guy!

We met Frank and Liz at a home remodel show and really like what we saw. We decided to get estimates from the 2 Pull Out Shelf Companies that were at the show and Frank came in with the best estimate. During the estimate interview Frank suggested ways to save money and still have user friendly cupboards and kitchen. We truely appreciate his work ethics and his desire to go above and beyond what client is expecting...Thank you Frank and Liz...you are Blessed.

I met Frank and Liz at the home remodel show in Portland and was impressed right away with their product and excellent communication skills. Liz called within a week to set up an appointment for a bid. Frank showed up on time, measured the work to be done, and explained how he would alter the cabinets to give wider access beneath the counters in my kitchen. Several of the old hinges needed to be replaced and I asked him to include them in his bid. His bid was so reasonable I decided to add shelves in my bathroom, too. Two weeks later, the shelves arrived and Liz set up an appointment for installation. Again, Frank arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the new slide out shelves in my pantry and beneath the counters. Plus he replaced several of the old hinges. Frank's attention to detail is exceptional and he takes great pride in making sure the customer is satisfied. Two of the pantry shelves needed to be altered to fit because of where the hinges were located, but worked they just fine. However, Frank said he would be back with two replacement shelves that were the proper size. The bathroom shelves the company sent were too long so he said he would re-order the correct length and install them when they arrived. A few days later he returned to change out the modified kitchen shelves and install the bathroom shelves. Plus, I decided to add an additional shelf in the pantry. Frank said that if I was OK with the modified shelf I could have just have it. Well, that was an easy choice. I am very pleased with the new shelves, the additional storage and how easy they slide in and out. One more note about the above and beyond service I received. The weather stripping on the threshold leading from kitchen to my garage needed to be replaced, but that style weather stripping was no longer available. I asked Frank if he knew where I might be able to locate the proper weather stripping. He replied that if I bought a new threshold he would be glad to install it for me. It's all the little extra's that make a real professional and Frank truly does exemplify the qualities of a true professional.
