None of our lower cupboards had shelves...just big open spaces. We were stymied trying to unpack as we just moved a few weeks ago. We got Brad as a referral from another business we were using and it was a Christmas miracle. He happened to be driving home and came right over to do an assessment and bid. Brad worked with us to customize the space to include tucking spice racks in by the stove, adding recycling bins and working in lateral bins around the downdraft. He gave us a date for installation and was a week early doing the work. He just finished and we can finally unpack all our kitchen boxes. The work is impeccable and not a trace of evidence they were here except for the lovely shelving he built. A craftsman with integrity. I eavesdropped on him giving directions and as a person who had many people to instruct in my life, I was impressed.

Brad, the owner, arrived as agreed, took his measurements and said we would see him back for installation in about 3 weeks. He was actually back in 2 weeks. The actual installation took an extra day because of complications with our kitchen layout but, other than that, everything went smoothly. Brad is personable, friendly and efficient. Overall, he did a great job faster than we expected and we are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.6

Brad is the owner of the company with his wife, and he did the work. We had nearly 15 shelves installed, and Brad was fast, nice, and very professional. It takes a while to get the shelves installed because Brad has to install new structural supports. I felt he was very honest about which shells would benefit from the pull out feature, and which would not. The shelves are great, and he even built custom shelves where we needed special accommodation; e.g. we needed a spice shelf and a “lazy Susan” in a large corner. Brad is busy and does a lot of the work himself, so we waited about a month to have the shelves installed, but this was no problem. I was really happy with the work, his prep and cleanup. I had a couple questions after he left, and he responded to me quickly via email. Really nice person, great company. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Brad did a great job installing 5 panty shelves with adjustable height system and 8 under counter shelves. Took him only 3 hours to install and clean up.

I moved into a new-to-me house and my first order of business was to install pull-out shelving in the kitchen, as I had at the previous home. My realtor, Mary Jo Turner recommended the Pull-Out Shelf company, so I called them. Brad came by the house, took measurements, gave me a quote that was unbelievably affordable, and delivery date that was not soon enough (is it ever?), but understandable. Well, my shelves were installed last week and I am more than delighted. They are built so that I can adjust the heights, if I need to. I am grateful to Mary Jo for the recommendation and to Brad for his wonderful work.

Brad was very responsive and clearly explained the estimate and my options. my completed c pull out shelves, which were made personally for my cabinets, were installed ahead of target timeframe. The dovetail work is beautiful. The convenience of the shelves exceeded my expectations and the weight each can hold is amazing. (100 lbs) Each shelf glides so smoothly. I would (and will) recommend Brad to anyone interested in getting more use from their cabinets.

AMAZING!!! Brad was great! Professional, prompt and he even cleaned up after himself! If I had a hundred more homes that needed pull out shelves--and lets be honest, we ALL NEED these shelves--I would go with Brad. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!!! I open my cabinets now just to look at how organized my shelves are. :) No more reaching way in the back of my cabinet to try and find that can of olives that may or may not be hiding behind the marinara sauce way in the back! Nope, just pull out the shelf and take a gander! (this is my same yelp review, but I stand by every single word: I would choose Brad every time without a doubt)

It went great! I love my new shelves. Brad was terrific, he was able to complete the project with no fuss. The shelves themselves work really well. High quality and have improved the time I spend in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this company.

This is a great company! The owners, Brad and Jo Schram are the epitome of professionalism. The entire process of evaluating, measuring, and installing was flawless. Their personableness and terrific recommendations brought immediate comfort to our sense of the project. Everything Brad promised, he delivered, then went above and beyond. Our drawers have transformed the respective parts of our home to a more functional, and yes, attractive place. The quality of the hardware, along with Brad's workmanship is top-notch. We saw an ad in small home improvement mailer and decided to call pull out tray co and got same day response and appointment to come to our house. Brad Shram was very professional, friendly never pushy and on time, showed us options and gave tips that might make our pullouts more functional. Very nice to move forward and get it done. We made the order paid half, received a nice thank you letter and reassured us that all that will go well is a good thing and any thing wrong would be taken care of and of course in a professional format. Arrived on time did the work and we were happy. We have had trays before (custom made in another city) and so knew that these slider trays were of excellent quality and workmanship.

Brad set up an installation date with me and promptly arrived, even finishing the project sooner than I had expected. What impressed me was that he did the installation himself ... No second party being paid a lower salary to do the installation. Brad was professional and informative. He asked me at each step what exactly I wanted and needed. He installed 16 pull out shelves for me. I LOVE the product! The shelves glide smoothly and you can easily see what is in the back by pulling out the shelves. No more getting on my knees to find items in the back on a lower level. I have no "don'ts" except don't too long to make life easier and more organized by getting Brad's shelves. I now can keep track of items used and needed ... as well as have all my dishes , pots and pans in a much organized fashion.

Great. Brad was very tidy. He came with two vacuums. One for outside clean-up and one for inside clean-up. He also made zero noise while our babies were sleeping. AND he asked when the girls would wake up so he could use his saw. I would recommend Brad for any job.

I had an excellent experience with Brad and The Pull Out Shelf Company. Before I got my pull out shelves, I would open the cabinet and all the Rubbermaid containers would tumble out. If I wanted to get to my good china dishes, I would have to get on my hands and knees and empty the entire cabinet to get to the dishes. My under the counter cabinets were a mess. When Brad came to my home, we discussed what I had in mind to change the organization of the space under my counters in the kitchen. Brad gave me some great suggestions that have made my kitchen more organized and accessible. It took about a month for the shelves to be built. On the day of installation, Brad and his assistant installed my new pull out shelves in less time than expected. They were very efficient. I love my pull out shelves and highly recommend this company. I also want to mention that it is a family run business and local to Portland, Oregon region.

These folks were excellent to work with and did a great job with the installation. This is the second time we have used "The Pull Out Shelf Company", and both times we have been extremely satisfied.

Everything was easy and on schedule. The shelves are perfect today, over four years later, as they were when they were installed. The date is from my memory and may be very wrong, but I was waiting to see how they worked out - fantastic!

All of this was done at a price that was roughly half of the big-name competitor who does similar work. The work was done in a single, long day and I am completely delighted with the results.

Excellent...fast organized and it took 2 1/2 day visits!
