Chad and his crew did an awesome job!! They were on time and responsive to all my needs. They did great work and explained everything in detail. It is nice to see that not only did Chad give me the estimate he was also the one doing the work. I like that personal relationship that exist between owner and client. His sub-contractor, Simms Electric were awesome as well. The electrical work was a little more involved than originally planned, and they had another job planned later in the afternoon, but they made sure they took care of Chad first and made time for my heat pump to get operational that day. The whole event went without a hiccup. I will definitely be recommending Sterling Heating and Cooling to my friends and neighbors.

With the occurrence of wildfire smoke increasing over the last few years, we wanted an AC unit to make the hot smoky summer days more comfortable in our house, especially since my wife had been working from home due to the pandemic. Chad was able to instal a great AC unit that used the existing heating system in one day. My wife was very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency and minimal disturbance while working. When the wildfire smoke came in the late summer, Chad contacted us to let us know that he was able to get an air purifier that could also be installed in our HVAC system. With everything that has happened this year, pandemic, wildfires, working from home, we are grateful that we can be more comfortable in our little house thanks to Chad's great work!

He did a great job on all that I needed done and answered everything I asked of him if you need some work done he's the man professional caring and will try to do everything you ask of him would recommend him highly to anybody for anything in that field

Chad and his crew did a great job and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. We had a brief (same day) scheduling delay during a very busy time and received ample notice beforehand that there would need to be a slight readjustment in timing of the visit. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and went out of his way to provide good service at a very reasonable price with alacrity. The man that came went into the crawlspace and checked everything and let us know all was good. We had a mouse or something die somewhere in the ducting, really stinks. Next step is to have the ducts cleaned.

Wonderful! Chad got to us right away (one of the ducts had come away from the register so we were basically heating our crawl space). Besides his knowledge I also appreciated his positive, 'can-do' attitude.

There for me on short notice when A/C went out at my rental. Tho I had older equipment he repaired it at a reasonable price instead of replacing. Basically he’s good at what he does and is honest.

I purchased new AC from Sterling Heating and Cooling and am very happy with the entire experience. The knowledge and options for repair and replacement were presented in a manner that was easy for me to understand. I very much appreciate the time and expertise Chad provided. I have finally had an opportunity to see how the cooling feature of the heat pump works, and I am thoroughly pleased with what he recommended and can't believe I waited so long to get it done. It is definitely saving me money, and the unit he recommended and installed is impressively economical, efficient, and perfectly sized for my home.

Wonderful. My furnace went out on a very cold day. Chad was able to come out later that afternoon and fix it. He was very professional. Didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. I called the next day with a question and he came over to show me what I needed to know. No extra charge. I wanted to replace the furnace and install a/c with quality products and work with a price that wouldn’t break the bank. Chad was very easy to communicate with, he came out and gave me a bid very quickly, and he was able to schedule my job in quickly as well. He was very thorough and conscientious in his work, and very patient with my questions and lack of knowledge. Again, I can’t recommend highly enough!

Chad did a Furnace and Air Conditioner Tune up at my home. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns during the appointment. He took care of a condensation leak and said “ If it comes back, let me know and I’ll come back to take care of it.” He was very thorough and gave me pointers on taking care of the Furnace and AC. We will most definitely hire Sterling Heating and Cooling for our Furnace and AC needs.

The gentleman responded very quickly and was able to come by on time and fix the stuff pretty soon. He was kind enough to explain what the problem was and how I could possibly fix it myself the next time. Wonderful service, would recommend again.
