Description of Work: Chad was the first person I saw, he came out that day and gave me a quote and talked to me about potentially installing a heat pump and furnace. I texted him that day and told him of a different option we’d like to go with, he responded the next day but then after that would not return any messages. It’s unfortunate because he assured me his negative reviews about his communication were not true, but he proved to me that they were right.

Description of Work: One of the three “emergency services “ a/c companies Angie’s List automatically sent me based on my area, and just as the other two, never got back to me that night. Come on Angie’s List! You got to send more than the three companies to choose from. Your 0 for 3 as none of the companies called me back the same night and only one of the 3 followed up the next day and it wasn’t this one. You can do better, Angie’s List .

+ -1 moreVery well done. Chad gave me a reasonable bid, was there on time, repaired a few mistakes made by original sub-contractor and had AC online for us in a few hours. I wish I had known about him when I built our house. Definitely recommend.
