Description of Work: I had an unusual project (leaking cement laundry tubs in my basement) and called Mike and several other folks in this category, hoping they could just add a new layer on concrete over the old one or advise me about what to do rather than tearing out the tub.Mike advised me to get an elastomeric coating (and told me where to purchase it) and how to apply it. He said he thought that would work even better than trying to put another layer of concrete over the old one. By freely giving out this advice to me, he passed on some potential business for himself . That kind of ethics is always impressive.As well, he called me back just minutes after I had left him a VM -- and on a Saturday even!
