They were very knowledgeable and responsive to my specific needs. I felt that their recommendations were good because they came up with options for the landscaping that wouldn't cost me a lot of money.

Poor customer service. This company is oriented to large community landscaping operations. *Not* private consumers. After purchase had to pay in full, was lead to believe a delivery time of within a few days was fine and they would call to give date and time. No call. When called them, they said could only do several weeks later. Disappointed, but went with their date. They said they would call the morning of the deliver day, they committed to with a time window. Prepared site for planting in advance. No call on delivery day, as they promised. Had to call them around mid-day. Then they said they had an ''emergency'' and could not deliver at all. They said soonest would be at least another week out from that day. Cancelled order for a full refund. Absolutely annoyed with this company ,as they have the poorest customer service I have yet seen in this area for any service. Had to wait several weeks, prepared site expecting them to honor their commitments. Very frustrating.
