+ -1 moreTHE TECH WAS VERY POLITE AND HANDLED COMPUTER MANAGEMENT ISSUES ON MY PART WITH PATIENCE AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THE SYSTEM TO ME. THEY HAVE STOOD BEHIND THEIR SYSTEMS AND HAVE OFFERED ADVICE AND TECH SERVICES.
Description of Work: COMPUTER TECH MADE AN ONSITE VISIT TO FIX SEVERAL GLITCHES FROM A PREVIOUS UP-GRADE FROM THEIR CYCLONE SYSTEM INCLUDING SOUND SYSTEM, AS WELL AS RESOLVING CONNECTING UP BOTH OF MY COMPUTER WITH INTERNET ACCESS.
