Description of Work: Tore off a section of roof, made dry rot repairs and then sprayed in foam where I previously had numerous leaks caused initially by condensation. This was a vaulted ceiling that had no attic space and the insulation was not installed properly when the house was built. This contractor foamed the whole space and then replaced all the old plywood with new, prior to the roofing contractor did the new shingle job.
