Tom was a wonderful worker. He always came when expected. He's very experienced and good natured. A pleasure to be around. I provided materials, he did the labor.
Description of Work: Tom replaced damaged bathroom floor, put down cement board, laid ceramic tile, installed new toilet, installed new shower door, misc.

DUE TO CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS AND MY WIFE IN HOSPITAL AND RECUPERATING, THERE WERE SOME MISUNDERSTANDINGS FOR COORDINATING WORK WITH THIS CUSTOMER. THIS JOB TOOK 4 DAYS OF WORK WHICH INCLUDED 7 HOURS AND CHARGED LESS THAN $40 PER HOUR. WE DID NOT CHARGE FOR 40 MILES OF TRAVEL TIME EACH DAY NOR FOR THE ONE DAY CUSTOMER WAS NOT HOME WHEN ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE TO BE THERE OR CAPABILITY OF BEING ABLE TO DO THE WORK. COST WAS NOT $400. LABOR WAS $271.63; MATERIALS $28.74 PLUS TAX WITH TOTAL AT $326.61.

WORK WAS PRICED VERY REASONABLY AND DONE WELL AND ON SCHEDULE. TOM AND HIS WIFE BARB, THE OWNERS WHERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL PEOPLE.
Description of Work: TOM AND HIS CREW DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF REMOVING AN OLD HOT TUB, SHED AND MANY OVERGROWN SHRUBS. THEY ALSO TILLED AND PREPPED WHAT WAS A DEAD LAWN FOR HYDROSEEDING.

MOST COMPETITIVE, BY FAR, OF ALL THE BIDS WE RECEIVED. FELT LIKE HE WAS AN EXTENSION OF THE WALTONS FAMILY SOMEHOW -- A DISTANT PUTTERING UNCLE WITH A TOOL BELT. VERY HONEST, BROKE A BROOM HANDLE AND INSISTED ON CREDITING OUR ACCOUNT FOR THAT.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD SHED. REMOVED OLD JACUZZI. TOOK EVERYTHING TO THE DUMP. EVEN HELPED TERMINIX MAN MOVE DEBRIS TO FIND WASP NEST. ROTO-TILLED YARD TO PREP FOR RESEEDING.
