+ -1 moreI called and demanded the return of $100.00 as it was clear I was way overcharged. He sent me the money, to his credit. That's it.
Description of Work: Fuses were blowing, billable hours were accumulated checking outlets, overhead lights and the stove fan, things obviously not factors in the problem. Another set of billable hours were were accumulated under the house. Tried to sell me a fancy light dimmer but it made the light itself pulsate on and off so that idea had to be abandoned. Finally unplugged something under the house, saying I don't know what this is for but I'm going to unplug it. After that the septic backed up. Very unpleasant experience.
