+ -1 morethey were great about letting us exchange the lumber we had bought, we had mismeasured one section of the deck. there was no hassle and we got credit and then got what we needed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: i bought decking from them last week. since we were hauling it ourselves, we got to pick the boards out one at a time to get the best boards. we got treated outdoor deck boards, so we'll see how they hold up next to the lake. the prices are competitive.

+ -1 moreGreat. We can order what we need and get it delivered quickly. Our contract uses them and so he can call them and tell them what we need and we can pay for it. I have been comparing their prices to Home Depot and Lowes and they are competitive, even with the delivery charge. Some items can be slightly cheaper or the same at the big box stores, but I like giving business to a more local business. Customer service is good, although a couple of times charges disappeared from our credit card and they had to call us and run them again. But it's not a big deal to me since it's not like we got charged twice.
Description of Work: We have ordered windows, a french door, lumber, and gaco deck from Cascade.

Description of Work: We have been using Cascade Lumber for 6 + years. We cannot say enough about this business that is positive and are always satisfied with their services! Our lumber packages are of the highest quality with precise orders and delivered on time. We have used 4 or 5 other lumber businesses over the past 20 years and have never had the A-1 service they deliver! We have no reason to go elsewhere. They are a business with integrity, fair prices and impeccable services. In addition to great customer service they are community oriented and active in charitable giving. They are a business built on integrity, fairness and respect and will keep their customers like us for a long time to come!

They are very competitive and reasonable. They are honest and very good people. I like their services and will use the same in future.
