We had arrived home after a trip to find that only a portion of the house had power. The PUD checked their equipment and deemed that there must be a problem with our underground service between their equipment and our house. I called Dennis, who was able to come out the next day to verify the conditions. He set us up with a great locating service to find the problem area. Then Dennis returned to repair the damaged section of underground cable. He was very professional in every respect.

Although I performed the majority of the electrical work for a kitchen remodel myself, I needed to run two additional circuits to meet current electrical code. Since the runs were going to be tricky and one of them was a high-power circuit for a cooktop, I thought I'd call in professional help. Dennis was both friendly and professional. He explained the alternative routes that they might try to run cabling from the service panel (in the garage) to the kitchen. I let him decide which would be better. He handled the permitting for his portion of the work, including inspection, and installed the circuits. We agreed on an installation schedule based on some flexibility we had between other work he was doing and my vacation time. The work was completed on time and was neat, code-compliant, and matched my request precisely.
